Dr. Ganesh Mogaveer, currently working as Head of the Department , Dept. of Civil Engineering, has 21 years of teaching experience and awarded doctoral degree under VTU for his work entitled "Masonry structures with a speacial focus on behaviour arches in foundations to reduce the cost of constructions". He has deeply involved in organizing various events like Dream home-a National level materials exhibition and seminar, National and international conferences, seminars and workshops and had been involved in consultancy works especially in third party inspection of state government assigned works. He had authored two text book,out of which one text book is recommonded by VTU as a prescribed text book for first year syllabus published by PHI New Delhi and second book is submitted to Vikas publication New Delhi. He had been the question paper setter of VTU and other autonomous institution and also a member of VTU LIC committee and guided many undergraduate projects.
