Dr.T.K.Chandrashekar Obtained degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University in 1987, Post Graduate degree in Thermal Engineering from Gulbarga University in 1991 and PhD in Mechanical engineering sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2007. He has carried out research in the field of internal combustion engines and presently guiding 7 Phd students under VTU, published 25 International journals papers in reputed research organisations and 27 International Conferences including SAE, ASME. He has presented a technical paper in SAE conference at Kyoto, Japan in 2007 and completed one funded project from Department of science and Industrial research in 2012 to reduce pollution from Rice mills. He has worked for 27 years in teaching profession and presently working as Dean (examination) and professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering , Mangalore institute of technology and engineering, Mangalore, Karnataka, India
