Strategic Plan

Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering established with a vision of imparting globally competitive quality education is the most admired and preferred engineering institution in Coastal Karnataka. To attain excellence, it is desirable to develop Strategic Plans which is a continuous process with a specific focus on achieving Short term and Long term plans which enhance the existing capacities of the institution to become dynamic, demand-driven, quality conscious and efficient.

Recognizing the Vision, Mission and core values of the institute, analysing current and expected future scenarios, with SWOC analysis of the institution, Long Term Plans (2012-2020) and Short Term Plans (2012-2016) and (2016-2020) are developed through the inputs from all the stake holders. The final draft is presented to Governing Council for detailed review and discussion, the suggestions are incorporated towards its effective implementation.

LTP1:  To attain  NBA accreditation for all eligible UG programs and NAAC  accreditation for the institution.

LTP2: To establish an Incubation Centre to facilitate entrepreneurship and create Centres of Excellence through reputed global industry / University collaborations.

The strategic plans are implemented through action plans with key measurables of success.   The progress shall be measured by IQAC, from time to time through stringent evaluation standards to sustain quality. Any deviations to be handled with timely corrections.  The Head of the institution along with the leadership team is the custodian for implementation and its success.

The development of strategic plans is the outcome of the commitment of the Management, leadership team, faculty and collective input from all the stakeholders. Implementation of the strategic plans with progressive success holds the key aspect and speaks the quality of the institution.  The management, dedicated leadership team of the institution along with faculty is committed to implement the Strategic plans effectively with the involvement of stakeholders to move in the right direction of growth in the next decade.

Strategic Plan Deployment Report

Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering (MITE) having a vision to attain excellence in education developed the short-term plans for the period of 2012-2016, to guide and drive the work of the Institute for the next 4 years. The support of the passionate management, commitment and willingness of the leadership team of the institute, inputs from the stakeholders, academic and industrial experts, regular review of the progress by the Chairman of the institute has enabled the accomplishment of most of the set targets with marked success.

In this deployment report, the most significant accomplishments during the period 2012-2016 are presented.

 

Good Governance and Status of the Institution:

The vision, mission and core values of the institute are revised recognising the socio-economic needs of the society and increasing complex technological needs with foresight to provide globally competitive quality education to empower the future Professionals to contribute their best to the society through innovative technological solutions.

PG programs in emerging domains under Mechatronics, Computer science  and Electronics and Communication Engineering are introduced during 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15. IQAC, various institute level committees, Program assessment committees and Department advisory boards have enhanced quality in academic and administrative processes. The e-governance policy has been formulated and partial campus management system procured through local vendors in the initial years has been upgraded to TCS ION during 2015-2016. The facilities, resources and documents required for the I cycle of NBA accreditation have been accomplished by ME and CS departments. The recommendations and suggestions of Governing council members towards the upgradation of institute’s systems and processes are instrumental in the progress of the institution

 

Financial Management:

The Institute has developed well-organized mechanism for financial management viz, department-wise budget proposal submission at the beginning of academic year, entrustment of financial power by the management to the principal and HoDs and internal/ external audit which has enabled effective utilisation of funds for expansion activities.

 

Physical Infrastructure:

State of the art PG academic building, additional hostels for boys and girls with necessary amenities, multicuisine food court, synthetic courts for basketball, shuttle badminton and tennis have been established. Wi-Fi signal strength of the entire campus has been upgraded with 8 access points. Regular landscaping, setting up of STP’s for recycling of liquid waste and installation of solar water heaters in the hostels are the green measures adopted in the campus.

 

Teaching –Learning Resources, Faculty Retention Measures: 

Institute has meticulously implemented Outcome-based education and has disseminated the OBE elements to the stakeholders. e-learning resources have been established to promote self-learning in students. Laboratory facilities are upgraded on a need basis with quality equipment and instruments to provide hands-on training to the students.  Research culture amongst the students is encouraged by providing additional support to present papers in the conferences, national / industry level competitions. Seminars, expert talks through professional bodies, international conferences and events in cutting edge technologies are regularly conducted to improve the knowledge and technical skills of the students and the faculty.

            Institute is in pursuit of identifying the faculty with Ph.D. qualification from premier institutes with outstanding research competency. The encouraging support by the management has motivated more than 20% of faculty to register for doctoral studies and one faculty has been sponsored to pursue research with full pay. Several faculty have been sponsored to attend the FDPs to update their knowledge in the latest technologies and new techniques of pedagogy. To sustain quality in teaching-learning, a faculty performance appraisal system was introduced.

Continual efforts of the institute towards providing the best of the teaching-learning resources has resulted in achieving incredible milestones with excellent results with student securing  First rank with four gold medals in the 2013  MBA Examinations conducted by VTU, First 3 top ranks under M. Tech Mechatronics Engineering in 2014 University examination, 5 ranks in 2015 B.E. and M.Tech examination of VTU with 9th rank in B.E (CS), 7th Rank in B.E(Aeronautical Engineering) and first 3 top ranks in  M.Tech Mechatronics Engineering.

 

Research and Development, Consultancy:

            The institute has 6 VTU recognised research centres with 10 qualified competent research guides guiding 21 research scholars in different arenas of science and Engineering. Many initiatives for enhancing research activities have been undertaken during the period of last 4 years witnessing many research-oriented programs, invited talks by eminent scientist, two days National Conference organized by Department of Civil Engineering and workshops in collaboration with VTU.

The promising and motivating research promotion schemes introduced by the management has resulted in the publication of 28 research articles in Scopus and other indexed National/International journals and good number of international conference publications, 3 ongoing funded projects and a good number of research proposals submitted to various Research funding agencies.

Through the financial support of the management, Principal and the faculty from various departments have attended the International Conferences at prestigious foreign universities and presented their research findings.

The processes related to setting up consultancy services cell has been initiated and exploring the prospective industries towards consultancy projects is being done.

 

Global MoU’s, Industry collaboration:

Institute is in continuous perseverance towards Industry linkages to bridge the education-employability gap effectively. MoU is signed with SIEMENS PLM Software in 2014 under which Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Digital Design, Validation and Digital Manufacturing has been established in the campus in 2015 and industry-oriented certification courses are being offered to the students. MoA with Binghamton University, USA has been established in 2016. MoU with ITE- West Singapore has sustained with Students from ITE-West Singapore undergoing 2 weeks training on one credit course. MoU with MDIS, Singapore is facilitating the visit of one faculty to the campus to teach one subject for MBA students every year.

 

Placement, Entrepreneurship and Incubation Facilities:

Autonomy has been granted to Placement and Training (P&T) department with the appointment of key position- dean (P&T). The rigorous training by career guidance cell and P& T department to enhance the capabilities of the students is reflected in the placement statistics with an increased number of reputed industries visiting the campus and increase in the placements every year in graduate and postgraduate levels.

            There is continuous progress in student innovative projects getting selected for sponsorship by KSCST. “All-Terrain Vehicle” designed by Mechanical engineering students has won ‘Most Popular Car ‘award by SAE Baja India competition 2016 and Student Project “Triplet Lifi” has won All India Third Prize in UNISYS All India Project Competition Cloud 20/20 in 2016.

Institution in its efforts to empower the professionals towards self-employment has initiated several activities through Industry – Institute Interaction cell towards entrepreneurial development.

 

Alumni Network:

Institute is strengthening the Alumni network by updating the alumni data base and opening of Bangalore Alumni Chapter. Alumni are involved in the institutional activities and institute level committees as expert members and also engaged through several interactive sessions with current students and faculty.

 

Extracurricular, Co-Curricular, Extension activities:

To nurture the talents of the young minds cultural club with 8 forums has been started. The ECO club, CSR club, HR club, Youth Red cross unit, NSS has organized several socio-economic, awareness and outreach activities for the benefit of the society.

The signature event –  State level Cultural, Technical and Management fest “Sentia “, being escalated to the next level with every editions,  in terms of number of participants, participating colleges,  number of events, prize amount, and mind-boggling grand finale –AWARD NITE with Bollywood star singers performance,  Organising the first edition of TEDx in 2016 witnessing a galaxy of 10 global speakers sharing their thoughts and experiences,  Google Student Ambassador programs conducted within and outside the campus have set the benchmark,  enhancing the brand value of the institution.

 

Institute’s commitment to the environment and sustainability has been recognized by Pollution Control Board, Govt. of Karnataka, bestowing the award “Best Engineering college undertaking green initiatives.” in 2016.

 

Overall review of the past four years reveals that some strategies need dedicated focus in order to be completed to the level originally envisioned and some require continual efforts to be sustained. This report helps to shape the plans for the years ahead as we continue to align our recommendations and resources in a way that best addresses the needs and interests of all the stakeholders.

Mangalore Institute of Technology and Engineering (MITE)  in pursuit of achieving academic excellence aligns recommendations and resources in a way that best addresses the needs and interests of all the stakeholders. Accomplishing most of the set targets of 2012-2016 strategic plans, a number of additional short-term plans are developed for the period 2016-2020 as we look towards the next level of excellence. The commitment of the leadership team along with the inputs from stakeholders and strong support from the management has enabled the institute to accomplish most of the set goals and achieve incredible milestones which are presented in this report.

Good Governance and Status of  the Institution :

In alignment with AICTE objectives to introduce courses in emerging technologies, UG Program on  Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning have been introduced in the year 2020-21.

            4 Engineering departments are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). with Mechanical and Computer science Engineering departments accredited under  I cycle in 2017 for three years are reaccredited in  2020 under the second cycle for the next three years.  The Aeronautical and Civil Engineering departments are accredited under the I cycle of NBA in the year 2019 for the period of 3 years. Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has successfully completed the preliminary work of NBA accreditation and has submitted the self-study report to NBA in 2020 January and awaiting the visit of the inspection team. Department of Mechatronics Engineering is in the process of submission of self-study report to the NBA. Department of Civil Engineering is recognized as a research center under VTU in 2016-17.

The entire administrative and academic procedures are upgraded and currently managed through ERP Management System named DHI developed by Herizen Technologies Pvt. Ltd Bangalore which incorporates admission, academic progress, mentoring and grievance redressal, Placement process, Hostel, transport management, accounting and faculty attendance record by integrating to biometric system ensuring transparent governance.

 

 Physical Infrastructure:

State of the art Auditorium with a seating capacity of 400, MITE Alumni Innovation Centre, Incubation Centre, Health centre, Day care Centre, Separate Gym facilities for boys and girls with quality equipment have been established. Currently the campus is connected with 500 Mbps bandwidth with 29 access points for Wi-Fi. Set up of processes to reduce energy waste, noise pollution, effective management of e-waste, solid and liquid waste, zero plastic usage, reduced carbon use and energy audit process, landscaping and cultivation of vegetables and fruits are the additional green measures upkeeping the clean and green environment of the campus.

 

Teaching –Learning Resources:

The Mechanical Engineering department has received a grant from AICTE under MODROBS in 2018 and the Aeronautical department in the year 2020 towards the refurbishment of laboratories. Aeronautical student club has received a grant under AICTE Scheme for Promoting Interests, Creativity, and Ethics among Students (SPICES) in 2020.

All-inclusive efforts of the institute towards wholesome development of the students have continued to bring laurels in terms of excellent results securing 4 University ranks in 2018 BE examination with 2nd rank and  8th Rank in B.E Mechatronics Engineering, 2nd Rank and 10th Rank in  Aeronautical Engineering, 7 ranks in 2019 BE examinations with 1st Rank in Mechanical Engineering with 11 gold medals and award for highest marks amongst all the branches, 2nd Rank,   3rd Rank and 8th Rank in Mechatronics,  4th Rank in Civil Engineering, 2nd Rank and 10th rank in Aeronautical Engineering, 6 Ranks in 2020 BE examination with 1st Rank with gold medal,   2nd Rank and 6th Rank in Mechatronics Engineering,  4th Rank in Aeronautical Engineering, 8th Rank in Information Sc & Engineering, and 9th Rank in Mechanical Engineering.

 

Research and Development, Consultancy:

Institute currently has 7 research centres with 18 research guides guiding 44 research scholars in various domains of science and technology. Promising research schemes introduced in the institution has resulted in  224 journal publications and 94 publications in  National and International  Conference proceedings including book chapters, during last 4 years. There are 5 ongoing funded projects worth more than 2 crores and several research proposals have been submitted to various grant agencies and statutory bodies. Institute has conducted 4 International Conferences in emerging technologies during  2017 – 2020 with distinguished scientists from the National University Singapore, Caledonian College of Engineering, Muscat, Binghamton University, and Kumamoto University Japan as session speakers.      Through the financial support of the management, Principal and the faculty from various departments have attended the International Conferences at prestigious foreign universities and presented their research findings.

Consultancy Services cell MITECONS has been established and Consultancy Services Policy has been formulated. Department of Civil Engineering has taken up the consultancy projects.

 

Global MoU’s , Industry Collaboration:

Institute has established new collaborations with globally reputed industries to provide technical trainings, internships and certification courses to students. MoU with   Carl Zeiss in 2017 for skill development in ‘Industrial metrology’, KPIT – Program for Academic Collaboration and Engagement, in the year 2018 for practical training on   Automotive, electronics design and development, MoU with UiPath in the year 2019 under Academic Alliance Program offers courses on Robotic Process Automation and skill development in the domain of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, MoU with Silver Peak Global in 2020 for the establishment of CoE for Japanese language and Culture, provides opportunities for students to get placed in various dream companies at Japan.

MoA with Binghamton University, New York is facilitating Certification Program on ‘Lean Six Sigma – Yellow & Green Belt’ and Data Analytics & Data Mining’ and One student from the institute is working as a research scholar at Binghamton University. Under Faculty exchange program, faculty from Department of Physics and 2 faculties from Department of Information Science have visited the university for Research and training programs

            MoU with Kumamoto University, Japan in 2019 facilitates academic exchange program and collaborative research.  

 

Placement, Entrepreneurship and Incubation Facilities :

The untiring efforts of the career guidance cell and P& T department have resulted in 150+ companies visiting the campus with more than 500  job offers every year. There is an increase in the number of students qualifying for the competitive examinations for higher studies in foreign universities.

The endeavors of MITE towards Entrepreneurial development and Incubation got the lift with the grant worth of INR. 1.2 crores from the state Government of Karnataka and  INR 62.3 lakhs from the Government of India. 20 ideas have been incubated in the Incubation center and 5 companies are working on the campus.

            MITE Foundation for Innovation Research and Start-ups through Technology (MITE-FIRST)  established under the aegis of the Rajalaxmi Education Trust Mangalore in 2020  further fuels the innovation ecosystem on campus with funding for innovative ideas.

IPR cell constituted in the institute has conducted several experts talks, workshops and webinars , seminars on IPR  to foster awareness on IPR amongst students and faculties. During last 4 years , 2 patents are granted out of 3 filed.

During the last four years, MITE has set  new benchmark every year with student innovative projects getting  awards in various reputed national / industry level competitions viz. ,

Alumni Network :

It is heartening to note that our 21  alumni are entrepreneurs and four alumni have set up the company on the campus providing training and internships and many are contributing towards placements and institution activities.

 

Extracurricular , Co-Curricular, Extension  activities:

Legacy of the institute in conducting State Level Cultural, Technical and Management fest “Sentia” continues and it is the most awaited event for the participants of Coastal Karnataka giving a brand name to the Institution. Institute hosted the second edition of the internationally acclaimed event TEDx MITE in 2019, witnessing global speakers with diversity in ideas and exhilarating performances.

For holistic development of the students, regular Yoga and Wellness programs are conducted by International Corporate Wellness Trainer.

Different clubs of the institute, NSS, Red cross Unit have conducted several programs towards the well-being of the society. Under Unnath Bharath Abhiyan, Institute has adopted 5 neighboring villages with a commitment towards the refurbishment of schools,  setting up necessary facilities and bring awareness on health, hygiene and several social issues in the rural areas.

The institute is bestowed with several accolades for the outstanding performance during the period 2016-2020 :

‘Best Performing College of the Year 2020’ at the 43rd series of the Student Project Program of Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST). Top Performing Institution in the first UiPath Academic challenge 2019, All India 3rd Position in GUVI’s RPA SKILL-A-THON conducted by UiPath -2020 and MITE is placed in the highest PLATINUM category in AICTE-CII survey of Industry linked technical institutes 2020 for overall industry linkages.

The commitment of the leadership team along with the inputs from stakeholders and strong support from the management, has enabled the institute to achieve the following milestones during 2020-2022 which are presented in this report.

Uplift the Status of the Institution:

National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has accredited the institution with A+ grade (3.44 CGPA) in 2021 for a span of 5 years for the  innovative teaching learning process, best student support system, global standard academic infrastructure, state of the art research,  incubation and entrepreneurship facilities  and contribution of the institution to the society.

New UG Programs on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, IOT & Cyber Security with Block Chain Technology have been introduced in the year 2020-21, 2021-2022 respectively, in alignment with AICTE objectives to introduce new courses on emerging technologies.

Currently 6 Engineering departments of the institute are accredited by NBA. Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering accredited for three years in 2021, Department of  Mechatronics Engineering accredited in 2022,  Department of Aeronautical Engineering re-accredited  under II cycle for the next three years in 2022 and Department of  Information Science Engineering submitted self-study report to NBA with   the visit of inspection team awaited,  is the assurance for  quality professional education imparted in the institute with high academic quality and professional relevance satisfying the demand of corporate world  , well integrated into programs, activities, and processes.

Focussed blueprint to achieve highest grade of NAAC and to be featured under first band of NIRF ranking in the years to come is set on utmost priority. Proposal along with the required documents needed to attain the autonomous status to the institution is already submitted to the statutory bodies and inspection is awaited.

Good Governance:

The entire administrative and academic procedures are fully automated and managed through ERP Management System named DHI, ensuring transparent governance. Eminent industry expert has been nominated as member of the Governing Council during 2022 for guidance towards enhancing industry institute activities.

In order to maintain Quality in all academic processes through IQAC, Dean (Quality Assurance) has been appointed. IQAC headed by Dean has initiated quality measures like new pedagogies of engagement, empowering  the faculty and technical staff by updating their knowledge and skills in the respective domains through  certification programs , Faculty development programs for continuous improvement in teaching learning process, translating the outcomes of student projects into publications and patent filing , new industry collaborations to enhance internship opportunities and  quality audit of academic processes.

These initiatives have ensured the Conduction of 1 FDP, completion of certification courses by 4 lab instructors, 124 student publications in Journal / Conference Proceedings with 18 Patent filed, 12 patents published during 2021-2022.

Leadership Development:

Considering the competency and commitment towards the institution’s core values, 2 faculty members of the institution have been promoted to the positions of Directors and 1 faculty member to the position of Dean in 2022.

Enhancement of   Physical Infrastructure :

Physical infrastructure which is existing in surplus is upgraded as per the requirement along with refurbishment of the facilities and landscaping with maintenance of green measures adopted in the campus. Project plan is ready for the construction of staff quarters and the ground work is in progress. This project is likely to be completed by the end of 2024.

Improvement in Teaching –Learning Resources:

IQAC’s initiatives on empowering the faculty members and technical staff with latest, relevant, industry-oriented technologies and new technology tools so as to integrate their updated skills in the curriculum has facilitated the conduction of 1 FDP on key aspects of OBE and NEP and completion of SWAYAM certification courses in the respective domains by 4 lab instructors. Also interactive sessions and blended learning has been implemented during 2021-2022 to maximise student learning. Number of faculty with PhD is increased by 50% with 13 registered for PhD during 2021-2022.

All-inclusive efforts of the institute towards  wholesome development of the students has continued to bring laurels in terms of  excellent results securing 5 University ranks in BE examination  2021 getting  2nd , 3rd  and 6th rank in Mechatronics Engineering , 6th rank in Aeronautical Engineering and 10th rank in Computer Science Engineering. 7 university ranks in BE examination 2022 with I rank with gold medal, 3rd, 5th, 8th and 9th ranks in Mechatronics Engineering, 2nd and 3rd rank in Aeronautical Engineering,   corroborates academic excellence of the institute.

Faculty Retention Measures:

Additional DA of 20%-35% on cadre basis is introduced to all staff and 2 faculty members are supported with financial assistance to attend International conferences to present their research outcomes, during 2021-2022.

 Research and Development, Consultancy:

 

 MITE-KSCST IPR cell is established towards fostering patent filing and exploring the possibility of patent commercialisation in 2022. Institute has recorded filing of 27 patents out of which 1 granted and 18 published. Currently institute has 21 research supervisors guiding 36 research scholars under 7 research centres. There are 215 quality publications in Scopus indexed journals and National and International conference proceedings and book chapters during the year.  Under MITECONS, Department of Civil Engineering has taken up 112 consultancy projects, worth 17 lakhs. Institute has obtained 2 Sponsored Research projects worth 18 lakhs from VTU, and 11.75 lakhs under AICTE -RPS scheme during 2021-22.

Global MoU’s and Industry collaboration:

 

Initial procedures needed for collaboration with Coventry University, UK aiming towards faculty and student exchange programs, research & development and certification courses are under progress. Institute has signed an agreement with Salesforce, an American cloud-based software company headquartered in San Francisco, California in 2022 under this MoU, selected  students will undergo training and will further get certification from MuleSoft, having International recognition, adding value to students during the recruitment also post recruitment to work on Salesforce Technology driven projects.

 

Placement, Entrepreneurship and Incubation Facilities:

 

Untiring efforts of career guidance cell and P& T department has resulted in 242  companies visiting the campus with  892  job offers with average pay package  of INR 4.5 LPA and Six students have qualified in  the competitive examinations for higher studies in leading indian &  foreign universities during 2021-2022.

The endeavours of institute towards Entrepreneurial development and Incubation has resulted in additional 10 ideas being incubated with grant of 25 lakhs and one of the incubated idea provided with additional grant of Rs 25 lacs for further development (Vajra Technologies) from Govt. of Karnataka  during the year.

New benchmarks every year with   student innovative projects getting  awards in various reputed national / industry level competitions continues during the year with Mechatronics Student Project  awarded as the ‘Best Project of the Year 2021’ at the 44th  series of the Student Project Program of Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST), total of 24 Innovative Projects from various departments has bagged sponsorship in the 45th series of the Student Project Program of KSCST, Mechanical Engineering students project has won the “Best Project of the Year Award” in 2022. Electronics & Communication Engineering Students have won the Second Prize in the Grand Finale of Unisys All India Innovation Program Y13 Contest. Student Team of Electronics & Communication Engineering has won the First Prize in the ‘Global TIBCO Labs IoT and Sustainability Hackathon’ organized by TIBCO and student of Civil Engineering Department won 2nd place in state level “Anveshana 2022”.

Alumni Network:

Concerted efforts of Alumni Association of the institute has enhanced the alumni network during the year with a  launch of alumni portal forevermiteans.mite.ac.in Institute has established enhanced alumni engagement with present students . Two editions of Alumni Technothon MITE (ATM) have been conducted with 27 alumni as invited speakers, 20 alumni interaction sessions are held by   department associations. Additional fund of 16.5 lakhs is generated through alumni membership during 2021-2022. Institute’s Proud Alumni of 2013 batch Mr. Mohammed Shaukath Azeem, has cleared the UPSC Main Exams with an All India Rank of 545 during 2022.

Extracurricular, Co-Curricular, Extension activities:

Regular Yoga and wellness programs being continued in the institute for the holistic development of the students . Institute witnessed 15th edition of Hallmark event -State Level Cultural, Technical and Management fest -“Sentia” in April 2022 with Bollywood celebrity singer Neha Kakkar show on the Award Nite. The students of various clubs and Red cross unit, NSS have  conducted prosocial programs like 3 Blood Donation Camps  and 2  visits to a  Special School during the year.  National campaign “Har Ghar Tiranga” under the aegis of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” to mark 75th year  of India’s Independence was celebrated with 5000 flag distribution to all the Students, Staff Members and the nearby villages.

Several attainments in the year with the notable milestones achieved , buoy up the dedicated leadership team to develop  the  clear blueprint  to accomplish the remaining stated  strategic goals within the stipulated period to succeed as dynamic, demand-driven, quality conscious and  efficient institution.

Strategic Plan (2020- 2028)

Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering started with a vision of imparting globally competitive quality education is setting a new benchmark every year with incredible milestones, has earned a brand name and positions itself as most admired and preferred Engineering institution in Coastal  Karnataka. Having achieved most of the set targets with marked success  Strategic Plans for the next phase with a specific focus on achieving Short term and Long term plans has been developed to attain next level of excellence.

Recognizing the Vision, Mission and core values of the institute,  analysing current and expected future scenarios with SWOC analysis of the institution and meticulous review of the accomplishments of strategic plans of previous phase,  the Short Term Plans  (2020-2024)   and Long Term Plans (2020-2028) are developed through the inputs from all the stakeholders. The final draft is presented to Governing council for detailed review and discussion, the suggestions are incorporated towards its effective implementation.

The strategic plans are implemented through action plans with key measurables of success.   The progress shall be measured by IQAC, from time to time through stringent evaluation standards to sustain quality. Any deviations to be handled with timely corrections.  Head of the institution along with the leadership team is the custodian for implementation and its success.

Development of strategic plans is the outcome of the commitment of the Management, leadership team, faculty and collective input from all the stakeholders. Implementation of the strategic plans with progressive success holds the key aspect and speaks the quality of the institution.  The management, dedicated leadership team of the institution along with faculty is committed to implement the Strategic plans effectively with the involvement of stakeholders to move in the right direction of growth in the next decade.
