Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering (MITE) solidifies a significant partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research- National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR-NAL) on September 21, 2023. The formal signing ceremony took place at the CSIR-NAL office, where Dr. Prashanth C M, Principal MITE and Mr. R Venkatesh, Chief Scientist & ,Head of PBMD NAL Bangalore, and Dr. Anand S N HoD Aeronautical Engineering MITE inked the MoU documents.

CSIR-NAL, a prestigious Indian Scientific Research Laboratory specializing in the Aerospace Domain, is renowned for its Advanced Research and Development endeavors in various aerospace industry sectors. The MoU has been established to further mutual goals, envisioning a productive partnership for the benefit of MITE. Key Objectives of the MoU is to Create a collaborative opportunities for MITE students, faculties and research scholars to engage with Engineers, Scientists, and Researchers at CSIR-NAL. The MoU identifies various key areas of collaboration, including specialized courses and research domains within the aerospace field. The agreement signifies a milestone in the  collaborative pursuit of excellence in the aerospace domain.
