About FDP

The FDP on Pedagogical Approaches to Innovative Teaching, organized by MITE, aims to equip educators with strategies that address the needs of diverse learners, nurture creativity and problem-solving skills, and foster a culture of lifelong learning. This program emphasizes integrating technology and preparing students to navigate future challenges effectively.

Participants will explore with novel concepts, tools, and teaching methodologies to create an engaging and interactive learning environment. The program focuses on enabling educators to design meaningful learning experiences that empower students to reach their full potential.

Objectives

 To introduce faculty to a variety of innovative teaching strategies that can be used to improve student learning.
 To provide faculty with the opportunity to learn about the research on effective teaching and how to apply it in their own classrooms.
 To help faculty develop the skills and confidence they need to implement innovative teaching strategies in their own classrooms.
 To create a community of learners where faculty can share ideas and support each other in their efforts to
improve student learning.
