MITE – Local CAFET INNOVA Technical Society Center is initiated under the Department of Civil Engineering, Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering, Moodabidri, INDIA in association with CAFET-INNOVA Technical Society.

CAFET-INNOVA Technical Society is an International non-profit organization which was established in 2007 with four international standard journals. It is committed to contribute original research articles to encourage the research work carried out by the international researcher and scientists in the field of Earth Sciences, Biological Sciences and Engineering field with various discipline. Society has been organized various international/national conferences, Workshops and Guest lectures etc., across the world.

It is one of the World’s first free student international journals to exclusively highlight the research contribution of undergraduate, Post graduate and Research students in the field of engineering and science. The journal believes that the true research potential of students can be realized by encouraging them to participate in research and acknowledging their achievements.

Objectives
To encourage the young talented students and also teaching faculties towards the field of Research & Development (R&D) and harness their intellectual abilities for the betterment of industry.

Activities
All the student and faculty developmental activities like symposiums, conferences, workshops, guest lectures by eminent scientists, engineers and academicians will be organized by the CITS Cell. The students gain the opportunity to exhibit their talent in the form of creativity and can come up with innovative ideas through paper presentations in proceedings and journals, magazines, etc…published. It also provides an opportunity for enthusiastic students in publishing their books.
