The Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, and the MITE Teaching Learning Centre jointly organized the Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled “Pedagogical Approaches to Innovative Teaching.” The objective of this program was to enhance teaching methodologies and adopt strategies that better address the learning needs of today’s students.

As a key outcome of this FDP, the methodologies discussed were successfully implemented in the classroom. The results of this initiative have been documented, recorded, and published in the Scopus-indexed journal Discover Education (Q3), entitled “The role of experiential learning in improving academic performance and student satisfaction in engineering education“.
