MBA Association Inauguration – 2024-25
The Department of Management Studies organized the inauguration of its Students’ Association on the 20th of February 2025 at 2:00 PM in Auditorium 4, at the MITE campus. Ms. Kritheen Amin, Director of Northernsky, Mangalore, was the Chief Guest for the event. She shared her experience with the new batch of students and emphasized the importance of hard work, proper utilization of time and consistent efforts during student life. These practices shall inculcate the requisite skill set in order to succeed in future endeavors. Ms. Kritheen quoted that “Learning comes before earning” and urged budding managers to develop their essential skills first, and then rewards shall automatically follow. She also noted that entrepreneurship is about building something that is impactful and long lasting. Students should focus on validating their ideas and maintaining control of their ventures rather than seeking early payouts. True success comes from passion and long-term vision, not short-term gains.
