One day TECHNICAL EVENT on “INSTITUTE TO INDUSTRY (I2I) FORUM 4.0”

The Institute to Industry Forum 4.0 was organized by the IEEE MITE STUDENT CHAPTER on 22 nd of March 2025. The speakers for the forum were: Ms. Prabhavati P, CEO & Co-Founder of Skill soc Technologies, Bangalore; Mr. Hariprasad Bhat, Manager- RTL design and FPGA Implementation at Lekha Wireless Solutions Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore; Mr. Sriniketh S S, formal verification Engineer, Intel Co-operation, Bangalore; Mr. Jayeesh Tanwani, SoC Design engineering Manager, Intel Co-operation, Bangalore and Dr. Shylashre N, Associate professor, RV College of Engineering Bangalore. Ms. Prabhavati P has 19 years of experience in teaching and Industry. She has been a part of IEEE circuits and systems society (CASS) from past 2 years and currently she is Vice-chair person of the society. Mr. Hariprasad Bhat has been a constant member of IEEE CAS Society and IEEE sensors council under Bangalore division. Currently he is the vice chair of IEEE CAS Bangalore Chapter. Mr. Sriniketh S S has published a research paper titled “Signal conditioning circuit for low vibration signals using and array of piezoelectric sensors” and has worked as a Project Intern in IIIT-Bangalore for the analysis of square root algorithm. Mr. Jayeesh Tanwani has 10+ years of varied experience in the field of FPGA Design, ASIC SoC Designs, Next-Gen Gaming and performance Computation using SoC Integration Techniques. Currently he is working on 2 projects, Static RAM Controller Named as “ARBITER” from past 12 years, and Dual axes solar tracking system with USB charging Facility. Dr. Shylashree N has completed her Ph.D. in the field of cryptography and VLSI and her areas of interest include cryptography, data security and VLSI engineering.

The students of final year and pre-final year of EC department and allied branches participated in the forum. The IEEE Institute to Industry (I2I) Forum 2025 is an exclusive initiative by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society (CASS) aimed at bridging the gap between academia and industry. Designed to equip students with industry insights, hands-on experience, and networking opportunities, this forum will help shape future-ready engineers. The participants got an opportunity to become acquainted with the emerging trends in the industry. The forum provided exposure to the participants on the requisite industry skill-set, thereby enabling the participants to prepare for their career avenues.
