Three Day Industry Specialization Conclave on Cybersecurity and AI/ML Frontiers: Exploring Innovation and Expertise
The Association of Computer Application Specialists (ACAS) of the Master of Computer Applications department organized a Three Day Industry Specialization Conclave on “Cybersecurity and AI/ML Frontiers: Exploring Innovation and Expertise”, from 12th of May 2025 to 14th of May 2025. Mr. T S B Sundar Ram is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in the software industry. He has held significant roles in contributing to the development and implementation of innovative software solutions.
Dr. Kevin Joy D’Souza is innovative and results-driven AI Solution Architect with 9+ years of experience delivering machine learning and Generative AI solutions across industries. He is currently working as AI Solution Architect for a premium Google Cloud Partner, Niveus Solutions (part of NTT data), Mangalore.
Mr. Akash A. Poojary is the Chief Technology Officer at Updapt, where he spearheads technological innovations in Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and sustainability solutions. With a strong background in technology leadership, he is dedicated to driving impactful digital transformations that promote sustainable practices.
Ms. Pranitha K S is a dedicated Cybersecurity professional based in Puttur, Karnataka. As a certified Cyber Crime Intervention Officer (CCIO), affiliated with the Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC), she actively volunteers to address cybercrime issues and assist victims.
Around 120 students participated in the industry specialization conclave. They gained a clear understanding of the fundamentals and recent trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cyber Security. The experts inspired the participants to pursue advanced studies, certifications, and careers in AI, Machine Learning, and Cyber Security.
