MITE Students win All India 2nd Best Project Award at Unisys Cloud 20/20

The project “CO-DI-RA Messenger” by Students of MITE won All India Second Prize in the Annual 9th Edition of UNISYS All India Project Competition Cloud 20/20 held in Bangalore. The team had Students of Electronics and communication Engineering– Nagashree TS, Nikitha Chowta and Sandhya S. Mr. Ramalingam H M, Senior Assistant Professor, Dept of ECE guided the students in the Project. The Team was awarded a cash Prize of INR 1.25 Lakh. Unisys. “State Best project of the year 2018 ” at KSCST

The 41st series of the Student Project Program of Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology (KSCST) witnessed a team from the Department of Mechanical engineering win the coveted “State Best Project of the year -2018” from Karnataka State Council for Science & Technology. 11 innovative projects from MITE had bagged sponsorship through KSCST in 2018. MITE secures First Prize in VTU TEQIP State Level Project Competition – Avishkar 2020.

Students of Mangalore Institute of Technology & Engineering, Moodabidri (MITE) secured the First Prize in the State Level Project Competition AVISHKAR 2020, conducted by the TEQIP Cell of Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi. The Project ‘Medical Emergency Drone’, showcased by Students of MITE won the prestigious award out of a total of 350 Teams that participated in the competition. “Best Design Award” at All India Eco Kart Championship 2017 & 2018

The ‘Team Octon’ consisting of students from Mechatronics Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering department participated in the All India Design and Development of Eco friendly car Competition – Eco-Kart 2018. About Eco-Kart Championship: Eco kart Championship is a national event for student persuing engineering degree/diploma. The competition is to design and fabricate a single passenger Kart which is operated via a battery. This is the IV season of the competition. The Competition will not only help students build interest towards automobiles, but also help them incorporate team work and management skills within themselves. Karnataka State Council of Science & Technology (KSCST) provides financial and academic support for B.E Projects.
