A Workshop on “Energy Audit for Energy Conservation” was organized by the department of Mechanical Engineering on 29th March, 2025. Mr. Yuvraj K B and Mr. Arun Krishnan, faculty members of the department of Mechanical Engineering, MITE, were the resource persons for the workshop. Mr. Yuvraj has 13 years while Mr. Arun has 12 years of teaching experience. Around 30 students participated in the workshop that successfully enhanced their technical skills in conducting energy audits. Participants gained practical knowledge on identifying and mitigating energy inefficiencies. The survey and awareness campaign promoted community engagement and encouraged locals to adopt sustainable energy practices.
